Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (cleaning kits that include liquids and personal-use items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.

 

Exceptions (replacement only):

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery at unikhatcleaner@gmail.com with:

 

1)order number, 2) photos of the product and packaging (inside and outside), 3) issue description.

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost. (Refunds are not issued unless required by applicable law).

Transit damage: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and mailer/box.

 

Lost shipments:

 if tracking shows no movement within reasonable time (international: 20 business days), we’ll open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Wrong address / refused package:

 if returned for incorrect address, missed pickup, or refusal, we can reship charging new postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs & duties:

destination duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is held or returned for unpaid duties, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery times:

 quoted windows (e.g., Economy International 7–14 business days) are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or peak seasons.
